Bamboo Structure Project by Pouya Khazaeli Parsa

This “Bamboo Dome” projected in 40 sqm area in Mazandaran Iran by Pouya Khazaeli Parsa. The bamboo was cut two days prior to use. This ensured it was still soft and flexible during construction and would subsequently become rigid once built. The 20,960 sqm building project stands out through an architecture where wood predominates, both in the structural elements and the façade coverings.
