This modern hotel designed by 3XN Architects. the prongs of the Bella Sky Hotel rise 76.5m into the sky, branching off from one another in a graceful arch so recognisable that Arne Bang Mikkelsen, Director of the Bella Center concludes: “We have decided not to add any signage on the exterior.”

The General Council building redesigned by L’Autre Fabrique Architectures occupies three floors of a former tobacco factory in Saint-Marcellin. A large steel frame rises above the square, highlighting the change and the name of the institution.
The building is separated into distinct sections of operation; on the ground floor, the lobby is generously sized to house temporary exhibitions relating to the actions of the Maison du Conseil Général. The first floor of the building is split into two areas: one for receiving the public, the other reserved for staff.
