This modern apartment situated in downtown Montreal, Quebec. The penthouse space consisted of a large 3,300 sq. ft. unit assembled from two penthouses on the 23rd floor. The penthouse comprises two zones, the shared areas consists of the living room, dining room and kitchen as well as a living area; and “the private” quarters of the client and his son. Entrance hall, wardrobe and kitchen equipment are hidden behind a pinewood wall. On the opposite a second wooden wall of the same material is placed.
