The Kayu Aga by Yoka Sara International

The Kayu Aga conceptual sketches provide insight into the design process and clarify the purpose of the walls. The site is divided into four layers from west to east, expressed as slightly radiuses line, the first layer being a physical barrier to the noise from the road that runs along the western boundary.

China National Offshore Oil Corporation Headquarters by KPF Associates

Modern Office Buiding
Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates (KPF) recently design a modern office building for China National Offshore Oil Corporation (CNOOC). This building situated at a major crossroads along the Second Ring Road in Beijing’s eastern Dongcheng district, the CNOOC headquarters building acts as an urban counter-point to the massive Ministry of Foreign Affairs Building situated on the opposing corner.

This modern apartment situated in downtown Montreal, Quebec. The penthouse space consisted of a large 3,300 sq. ft. unit assembled from two penthouses on the 23rd floor. The penthouse comprises two zones, the shared areas consists of the living room, dining room and kitchen as well as a living area; and “the private” quarters of the client and his son. Modern Deronda Residence by Space International

The Deronda Residence located in Los Angeles, sited near the apex of Beachwood Canyon, in the Hollywood Hills just under the shadow of the Hollywood sign. The more public “living” areas of the house are situated on the ridge of the site, so as to take advantage of flanking outdoor spaces which are designed as extensions of the living dining, and kitchen areas.
