Maison du Conseil Général Building in France by L’Autre Fabrique Architectures

The General Council building redesigned by L’Autre Fabrique Architectures occupies three floors of a former tobacco factory in Saint-Marcellin. A large steel frame rises above the square, highlighting the change and the name of the institution.

The building is separated into distinct sections of operation; on the ground floor, the lobby is generously sized to house temporary exhibitions relating to the actions of the Maison du Conseil Général. The first floor of the building is split into two areas: one for receiving the public, the other reserved for staff.

Floating House In Sèvres by Colboc Franzen & Associés

Colboc Franzen & Associés have designed a contemporary floating house situated in Sèvres, France. This house consists of three separate sets; the amenities likes lobby room, office room area, laundry room, basement and garage. Second, parts of collective life likes living room, dining room and kitchen. Finally children’s bedrooms, arranged around a multipurpose space.
