The evanHOUSE situated in modernist landmark community of Crestwood Hills Los Angeles, created by local architecture studio bittonidesignstudio. This house originally built at 1957, sited high above with panoramic of the Los Angeles city. The project was framed around taking something ‘modern’ and making it more contemporary. The existing spatial condition of the house was clearly divided between public in the lower level and private at the upper level, as well as fixed within a completely horizontal orientation. The Vivienda 4, modern home architectural design nearby lakes designed by Spanish architectural firm A- Cero Architects. The exterior of the home is a wooden-clad structure of interesting shapes. The grounds contain manicured gardens and courtyards of vibrant grass, trees and shrubs. There are also concrete walkways and patios complete with outdoor statues.
